Nature of Valeozen
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Valeozen publishes editorial notes on hotels. Rooms are neither sold nor reserved through it, and no payment ever passes through its pages. Horseshoe Hammond, LLC, the publisher of this site, runs a casino venue in Hammond, Indiana that has no hotel rooms, so it cannot be part of a casino-hotel list and is not in it. None of the ten hotels is owned by the publisher. Two of them, Harrah's Joliet and Horseshoe St. Louis, are run by subsidiaries of Caesars Entertainment, the group the publisher also belongs to, and each of those two carries the label “Sister property (same parent group)”. Valeozen runs on affiliate commission, which arrives whenever a partner programme credits us with a stay reserved via one of our buttons. Because the publisher operates in this region, it has a commercial interest in people travelling here, and you should read the list with that in mind.
Age
Valeozen readers must be adults: 18 at minimum, or 21 in jurisdictions whose statutes set that higher bar for these subjects. Hotels may separately demand an older registration age.

We verify facts at the time of writing, yet hotels renovate and rebrand; reconfirm anything important directly with the property. Within the limits the law allows, Valeozen is offered without warranty, and the publisher bears no responsibility for losses that stem from trusting its pages or any outside operator.
Intellectual property
Copy, page design, the lettered monogram panels and the illustrations are the property of Horseshoe Hammond, LLC or its licensors. Each hotel's name and trademarks stay its owner's property, appearing here only to identify the subject of an entry. Short quotations carrying a credit link are welcome.
Governing law
Indiana law governs these conditions, setting aside its conflict-of-law principles, and the state or federal courts sitting in Indiana hear any dispute, unless your home jurisdiction guarantees you a local forum.
